What we keep
This site exists to run the club's events. Here is what it keeps and who can see it.
What we keep
- Your name, cell number and stand.
- Whether your entry fee is paid.
- Your reports: the kind of deer, time, notes, your weight guess, and the official result from the scale.
- Photos, only if you choose to add one.
- Sign-in records, so we can tell which phones are yours.
Who can see what
| Public leaderboard and TV | Names and official, confirmed results only. |
| Other hunters | Never your pending reports, phone number, photos or weight guess. |
| Huntmaster and admins | Everything listed above, so they can run the hunt. |
Your PIN
We never store your PIN itself, only a scrambled version (a hash). Nobody can read it back, not even the Huntmaster. If you forget it, the Huntmaster resets it.
How long we keep it
Event results stay in the club's records as the hall of records. If you want your information deleted, ask the Huntmaster and it will be.
Light or dark
Your Daylight or Pre-dawn choice is kept on your own phone only, so the page opens the way you left it. Nothing about it is sent anywhere.
Visit counts
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, counts page views for us without cookies and without identifying anyone. It tells us how many people looked at the board, not who.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, show ads, or share your details outside the club.
Questions? Ask the Huntmaster.
